We thought we would give a timed mythic run a go, because why not. We only had lowbie keys though so the best of the selection we had was a Tol Dagor 2.
We smashed it. I was so excited about the situation though I forgot to take a shot of the timer screen and I wanted to get a group shot….All I have is this.
The only proof I have is Moryrt receiving the achievement for completing a times mythic.
We have both been snowed under the last week with things going on and stress so have have barely had any game time at all. Including gearing up, mythics (or doing the weekly 4) and even expeditions, all been left and forgotten about. I guess we also don’t want to burn ourselves out by doing nothing but WoW, however I do feel bad that we aren’t running more mythics with the guys, however they seem to be making their way in the world without us (thankfully).
I was excited about out little achievement and then I saw a +16 has already been completed and someone was saying they were doing +9’s…. <shame>. How do they even get the time to gear up for that so quickly. I just don’t have enough hours in the day. Seriously. I need to pull my finger out though and get some more runs in.
I need to either win lotto or get a part time job that pays what I am on now…LOL.
We have tried multiple mythics since then and have not managed to get another one in time yet. I mostly blame other people like Chris and his fat hunter butt; but we all hold some blame for pulling extra mobs, dying to stuff and generally falling of planks and dying to sharks (thankfully before the timer actually starts!) or not turning into golden balls of energy and dying upon hitting the ground for 10000 feet up. The highest I have done so far is a 4 underrot and that was simply so I could possibly get a better piece of gear upon reset. See our steady stream of failures below….
I really would like to get some complete in time and it is honestly our death counts causing the problem. This can be solved easily! Lol
I’ve just started timed mythics on my Druid again and the first few were horrible as I had completely forgotten the extra things that Druid bring to make life easier -roots/vortex/typhoon etc. I also forgot my druid talent cds like tree too half the time /shame.
But they were fun and I want/need to do more, lots more, let me know if you need a healer anytime 🙂

I can, but with a disclaimer..,I’m a crappy dps at the best of times and now both boomy and feral are bottom of the barrel specs which makes me even worse than usual.
I am playing boomy, they aren’t too bad 🙂 I mean might be down the bottom but our numbers aren’t horrific. Certainly having fun playing it either way – thank the gods my guild puts up with me!
